Sam brings more than 25 years of international experience across brand strategy, messaging, creative direction, illustration and design. Her career spans leading global agencies, including Ogilvy and FutureBrand, in-house leadership roles and independent consultancy across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia, working with organisations from global brands and major corporate portfolios to founder-led businesses. Alongside her agency career, she founded and ran a multi-award-winning creative business for more than nine years. Building a brand, developing both physical and digital products, marketing, selling and serving customers first-hand gives her a practical understanding of the realities founders face. Her agency days’ client experience includes American Express, Coca-Cola, DHL, Gulf Air, The Ritz-Carlton, Audi, The Daily Telegraph and Lancôme. At Brandhearted, Sam brings strategic clarity, creative judgement and genuine personal investment to every engagement, championing purpose and ambition enabling founders to become recognised for the value they’ve built.

Nikki has more than 25 years of experience across brand and design in Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Her career spans international agencies and consulting, including PwC, where she led creative teams across brand, customer experience and UX/UI design. That breadth lets her connect creativity with customer insight, commercial understanding and strategic intent. She has worked with global brands including Macy’s, Frank And Oak, Chanel, Lidl, Miele, Samsonite, PwC, Infiniti, Cathay Pacific, HSBC, Rugby Sevens, Audi and Toyota. At Brandhearted, she brings strategy, imagination and design together to create brands that are coherent, distinctive and worthy of the businesses behind them.

With over 25 years’ experience across a range of media, Skye is a savvy storyteller and communications expert. When it comes to getting the message across, clients can rely on her background as a copywriter and TV producer to effectively convey their story by identifying their point of difference, honing in on what is most meaningful for potential customers to hear, and establishing a tone of voice that marries the two. Her experience includes penning pithy and professional editorial for art, travel and entrepreneurial publications, as well as marketing copy for companies in the agriculture, education, finance, medical, retail and wellness sectors. When she’s not writing for clients looking for a way with words, attention to detail and great client servicing, she’s organising broadcast operations for international events such as the Olympics.

For over 25 years he has created award-winning advertising for clients from airlines to banks, telcos, property developers, IT, casinos, media and more. Both in Australia and internationally, he has earned the trust of clients including Air New Zealand, Westpac, Nokia, Microsoft, Wynn Macau, The South China Morning Post, Pizza Hut, Big W, Radio Rentals and the Australian Army. His most senior roles, including Executive Creative Director at Ogilvy, saw him lead creative output for The Economist, Northwest Airlines and IBM across the Asia Pacific, and The Coca-Cola Company, American Express and DHL across the Middle East and North Africa. It was at Ogilvy that Tony and Sam first worked together, a creative partnership built on shared standards, mutual trust and a belief that great words and great strategy are inseparable.

Tash is an experienced Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Director with a multi-talented background in digital design and branding. With over 10 years of experience spanning agency, in-house and freelance roles, she has collaborated with leading Australian brands including MCoBeauty, Hommey and Gazman, where she has led creative direction across multi-channel campaigns, balancing strategy, storytelling and design craft to deliver meaningful brand experiences. Her expertise spans UX/UI design, e-commerce, email flows, performance creative, campaign direction and brand identity development, supported by a deep understanding of consumer behaviour and digital performance. Guided by a belief that great design connects people through emotion and purpose, Tash is passionate about working with progressive, customer-led and community-conscious brands. Her work is driven by curiosity, empathy and an ongoing commitment to sustainability and authenticity in the creative process.
